What you need to start making purchases with your mobile:

• Your mobile phone: an Android smartphone, version 5.0 or later, with NFC technology.
• Activate your financial cards to pay with your mobile: You can do this with any operation that requires a PIN (sent to you in the SMS) or you can activate it using the "Activate card" option in the CaixaBank Payments&Consumer App or by calling our Customer Service at 902 115 806 (Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.)
• Log in to the app with your access details and download your CaixaBank Payments&Consumer VISA classic cards on your mobile.

How it works when paying:

1. Activate the NFC on your mobile.
2. Approach your mobile to the POS terminal until you hear the confirmation sound "beep" (to pay, only the screen needs to be lit).
3. Enter the PIN if the purchase amount is over €20.
4. That's it: payment made! You will receive an SMS with the purchase details as confirmation.
